Important Notice About Changes

Dear Clients, dear Visitors of our Website:

we thank you for your interest in the homepage of the law office Reiners Rogge Rechtanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft.

The law partnership Reiners Rogge Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft and the hitherto performed client work under this partnership will be ended on 31.08.2015, and simultaneously be transferred to new entities, because new constellations and personal changes have been agreed.

As from 1st September 2015 on, the partners Michael Schmidt, LL.M., Dr. Clemens Rogge and Dr. Johannes Thoma have formed the new law corporation Schmidt Rogge Thoma Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB. In this new law corporation, they will continue to collaborate with the colleague attorneys Klaus Schneider, Christian Rutsch, Carsten Zimmermann, LL.M. and Isabelle Rinke. All will continue to work together in the currently unchanged office Peter-Müller-Straße 10, 40468 Düsseldorf. The existing phone and fax connections will be maintained by the new law corporation, hence you can reach these lawyers still under the phone numbers which you are used to. The new law corporation will continuously be supported by the secretaries Ms. Birgit Laske and Ms. Inna Gertner. This new Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB (limited liabilty partnership) will be joining on 1st September 2015 the Schindhelm Alliance, an international alliance of business law firms. We have been working successfully with many colleagues of the Schindhelm Alliance for many years in the framework of our mutual membership IAG Integrated Advisory Group. This collaboration will now be intensified significantly. You will find the new website appearance of the new law corporation under the address www.schindhelm.com. The membership and the international activities in IAG Integrated Advisory Group will be transferred and continued actively by the new limited liability partnership.

The partners Heribert Reiners and Dr. Wolfgang Kroll made differrent decisions. They will as from 1st September 2015 on also no longer be working in client matters under Reiners Rogge but as follows:

Attorney Dr. Wolfgang Kroll will be carrying on his attorney work as from 1st September 2015 on in the law corporation Haarmann Körner Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB, which is a limited liability partnership as well. All currently pending mandates will be continued and carried on by the attorney who worked on the mandate - but in the new role and function and under the new entity, as described before. The partnership Reiners Rogge will cease all case work on 31st August 2015. However, the charging of the services rendered up to 31st August 2015 will for technical and tax reasons still be done under the partnership that existed up until this date. All case work will solely be done by the new entities, as described above.
